Összeírási hirdetmény, 1848. Az utolsó országos zsidóösszeírásra 1848 folyamán került sor. A német és magyar nyelvű összeírási hirdetmény szerint az izraelitáknak lakhatási jogosultságukat tanúsító irataikat”, készenlétben kellett tartaniuk. Az összeírás szerint 1848–ban Pesten mintegy tízezer zsidó élt, többségük még a Terézvárosban, a Király utca környékén.

According to the register from 1848 approximately ten thousand Jewish people were living in Pest, most of them stayed in the district of Terézváros around Király street.
