Kávédaráló - Coffe Grinder
Weisz Vilmos családja
Kávédaráló Weisz Vilmos és Nemes Lenke háztartásából. A pesti zsidó kórház kertésze, Weisz Vilmos 1944–ben munkaszolgálatra vonult be, ahonnan Mauthausenbe került.
The coffee grinder is from the household of Vilmos Weisz and Lenke Nemes. The gardener of the Jewish hospital had to go to labor service in 1944. He ended up in Mauthausen and died in tyfus a couple of days after the liberation of the camp. His wife and his son could survive in the Ghetto, but from the household and the house where they used to live together, the coffee grinder was the one and only thing, which remained to start over with. It was still used until the 1980s.
